Labor's Wrong Priorities on Law & Order
For over ten years Labor has talked tough on law and order, promising crack down after crack down while our streets seem more dangerous than ever.
Since 2002 they’ve been promising to “dismantle and destroy” the “outlaw motorcycle gangs (that) are the foot soldiers of crime”.
But so far this year we’ve seen report after report of gun-violence and even a shooting murder in suburban Adelaide.
Now, on the verge of a bikie war, Labor is cutting police funding but paying more for motorsport.
Because Labor have failed to manage the State Budget they’ve cut $50 million in funding for new police recruits, despite doubling funding for a once-a-year motor race.
It means less police on our streets at a time when we need them most.
Labor’s budget mismanagement has already cost South Australians millions of dollars.
Now their wrong priorities are putting families at risk.
